Today, we are paying all qualified professional company drivers the MPG Incentive for June, 2008. There are 66 drivers who earned an average of $184.47 for their June 2008 MPG. Congratulations to all 66 drivers who qualified!

Congratulations to all of you who earned it! Your diligence and driving practices while driving on our nation's highways helps in controlling costs. It is a real tribute to your professionalism and dedication to Gemini.

At Gemini, fuel consumption is our largest controllable cost. Maximizing MPG and thereby minimizing fuel cost is critical for our success in becoming a leading motor carrier specializing in the transport of time sensitive and temperature controlled products.

To better reflect your MPG performance, the next MPG Incentive will be paid quarterly.

This will smooth out the miles and fuel over a longer time period and allow you to make corrections to improve your MPG and qualify for the incentive.

Why are we doing this? Because you are the person who makes the difference in our fuel consumption - we want to recognize and reward you - you earned it!
